Sprout update featuring: Fenugreek & alfalfa. Harvest is long overdue. Fenugreek (Danish "bukkehorn") has a curry-like smell and taste that they seem to lose when growing bigger. My favorite eco-cheese in Berlin has fenugreek seeds in it. Look for it at Bio Company 💚💚💚
